RUBY'S PANTRY VOLUNTEERS

Thank you volunteers!! We hope to see you on June 19th.

Volunteering has a special reward to those who serve and we  are thankful for everyone who volunteers at Ruby's.  You are a great group of people and we could not do this without you!

We welcome more volunteers to join us as we serve our guests continuing under the guidelines we've been using.  Please consider volunteering in June and ask your friends or neighbors if they would like to help serve with you.

Join us on Saturday, June 19.

We are looking for 50+ volunteers.  We continue to follow the CDC guidelines  and have a health screening process that we are asking volunteers to go through.  If you are in the "at risk" category, please consider the risk and then decide if you want to help… we want you safe and healthy! Your health is important to us and so is the health of others.

Please read these  guidelines:

● If you are sick or have any abnormal symptoms on Saturday, June  19 - PLEASE STAY

HOME!

● If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have a family member who was exposed within the last 10 days - PLEASE STAY HOME!

● We will have PPE and hand sanitizer available for you to use.

● Following the CDC guidelines, if you are fully vaccinated a mask is not required.  Please use your best judgement.  There will be times due to the nature of the work that you will be working with others and social distancing will be more difficult.

● There are 3 time slots where we are asking people to serve. They are listed below.

● Be ready to work when you arrive.

Time slots where volunteers are needed:

● 6:00 – 7:00 am | Unload truck and sort pallets

● 6:30 - 7:30 am | Assemble boxes and set up tables with food

● 7:30 – 9:30 am | Distribution process of pre-loading bundles/shares and loading in vehicles and clean up. Or just come for all three... we are usually done and out by 10:00.

Please let us know if you can help by sending an email to: mmertens@immanuelrapids.com.

If you have not filled out the new volunteer registration form on the Ruby’s website please do so:  https://www.rubyspantry.org
