Ruby's Pantry Mobile Food Distribution

Saturday, July 18

Ruby's Pantry is on and will be a  “drive through” distribution again this month.

As everyone is working through the pandemic we are still concerned for everyone’s safety and will be following the social distancing guidelines again this month. Our July distribution will be a drive through only distribution.  The guidelines will run similar to previous months.

The distribution will take place on Saturday, July 18  at the “Old” Boys & Girls Club in Wisconsin Rapids, 501 17th St South

(Note: the Boys & Girls Club has moved, but Ruby’s Pantry has not. We are at the same place as always.)

The distribution will start at 9:00 am and will be drive through ONLY.

Vehicles will enter the parking lot off Pear St. and will be directed where to go once entering the lot. If there is a line of vehicles on the street, please position your vehicle at the end the line...see map

Please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLES as we practice safe social distancing.

No boxes/baskets needed… The food will be pre-boxed, so please leave your boxes/baskets at home.

Also, please make sure the back end of your vehicle is cleaned out so there is  room for the volunteers to put your bundles in your vehicle for you.

This will be a CASH ONLY event at a $20 donation per bundle of food with a maximum of 2 bundles per vehicle! If you have a printed copy of a certificate number you can use that in place of the cash.

We will distribute from 9:00 - 10:30 or until the food is gone!

Have questions? Email

Remember: CASH ONLY unless you bring your certificate.

Thank you for your patience as we work through the pandemic safely.

Important Update!  PLEASE READ…

Thank you dedicated volunteers! For all who have been serving throughout this pandemic, we appreciate your dedication and service.

Our next distribution is on July 18 and we  are looking for 50 people to volunteer. We have specific criteria that we are looking for. If you are in the "at risk" category, please stay home.

We miss you, but we want you safe and healthy.

Please let us know if you would like to volunteer by sending an email to Marlene at .

If you have not filled out the new volunteer registration form on the Ruby’s website please do so:

This is required by Ruby’s Pantry and if the form is not filled out may delay your acceptance as a volunteer in the future.

We are looking for  50 volunteers. We have a health screening process that we are asking volunteers to go through to keep everyone safe from illness.

Your health is important and so is the health of others.

• If you are  sick or have any abnormal symptoms on Saturday, July 18  - PLEASE STAY HOME!

• We will have PPE and hand sanitizer available for you to use.

• There will be times due to the nature of the work that you will be working with others and social distancing will be more difficult.

• There will be 3 time slots and will need people to serve in each area. They are listed below.

• Be ready to work when you arrive and be prepared for a possible health screening as well.

Time slots where volunteers are needed:

6:00 – 8:00 am | Unload truck and sort pallets (20 needed)

6:30 - 8:00 am |  Assemble empty boxes (5 needed)

8:00 – 10:30 am | Distribution process of pre-loading bundles/shares and loading in vehicles (25 additional people needed - 50 total)

Again, email if you would like to volunteer and begin the screening process. Thank you!
