What Is Ruby's Pantry?

Ruby’s Pantry is for anyone who is looking to extend their monthly grocery budget. For a $25 bundle donation, you will receive an abundance of groceries. There is no income or residency requirement.

PRE-PAY: Pay in advance, schedule pick up time

  • Online express pay bundles (If online is sold out, cash pay is available.)
  • Go to www.rubyspantry.org to register for a scheduled pickup.
  • Donation per bundle is $25.
  • Please come within your 15-minute time frame.
  • Have an unused certificate from a previous month? Present it when you come through the line. Certificates are good for 1 year.
  • Vehicle line up: Follow pre-pay route on the MAP.

CASH-PAY: Pay cash on site (no checks)

  • Bundles are $25 each (100s available).
  • Follow line-up on MAP. Parking lot attendant will direct you.
  • STAY IN VEHICLE – drive-thru only
  • Food is pre-boxed, no boxes/baskets needed.
  • Have back of vehicle cleaned out for boxes of food.

Get Involved

We always welcome new volunteers. In order for our distribution to run smoothly, we need 70+ volunteers. Please consider volunteering and ask your friends or neighbors if they would like to volunteer also.

New Volunteers

Want to volunteer? Fill out the volunteer registration form on the Ruby’s website at: https://rubyspantry.org/become-volunteer.

(This is required by Ruby’s Pantry. If the form is not filled out it may delay your acceptance as a volunteer in the future.)

Time slots where volunteers are needed:

  • 6–7 am | Unload truck and sort pallets
  • 6:30–7:30 am | Assemble boxes and set up tables with food
  • 7:30–9:15 am | Distribution process of pre-loading bundles, loading in vehicles, and clean up
  • 9:15-10:00 am | Clean-up

Pick your time; we are usually done and out by 10 am.
