RUBY'S PANTRY VOLUNTEERS

Thank you dedicated volunteers for serving!

Next distribution - January 15

We are thankful for all the dedicated volunteers each month at Ruby's Pantry. We have been blessed with such a large group of people who dedicate their time and talents each month to make our distribution successful. You are the hands and feet of Jesus and we could not do this without you. THANK YOU!!

We always welcome more volunteers.  If you are reading this... Please consider volunteering in December. And ask your friends or neighbors if they would like to volunteer with you.  Join us  Saturday, January 15.

In order for our Wis. Rapids Ruby's distribution to run smoothly, we need 50-65 volunteers.  We do our best to follow CDC guidelines  and also have a health screening process that we ask our volunteers to go through.  Please note... if you are in the "at risk" category, please consider the risk and then decide if you want to help. Your health is important to us along with the health of others and we want everyone safe and healthy.

Please read these  guidelines:

● If you are sick or have any abnormal symptoms on Saturday, January 15  -     PLEASE STAY HOME!

● If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have a family member who was exposed within the last 10 days - PLEASE STAY HOME!

● We will have PPE and hand sanitizer available for use.

● We will follow the CDC guidelines, but due to the nature of the work there will be times that you will be working with others and social distancing will be more difficult. Please use your best judgement.

● Be ready to work when you arrive.

Time slots where volunteers are needed:

● 6:00 – 7:00 am | Unload truck and sort pallets

● 6:30 - 7:30 am | Assemble boxes and set up tables with food

● 7:30 – 9:30 am | Distribution process of pre-loading bundles, loading in vehicles, and clean up.

●9:30-10:00 am | Clean Up

Or just come for all... we are usually done and out by 10:00.

Please let us know if you can help by sending an email to: mmertens@immanuelrapids.com
