For people in the Wisconsin Rapids community, Immanuel’s new structures have been built with you in mind. On Friday, February 21, Immanuel invites you to come see our new buildings and see our church.
Immanuel members, you are the church. Please come for our community open house as long as you can between 4pm and 8pm next week. Bring friends, family, and neighbors, and show them how you are Sharing the Love of Jesus, Growing in Faith, and Serving Community.

Open House: The upcoming Open House is for our community. The upcoming Dedication Service is for you, our Immanuel family. Come praise God in the new house he has given you for ministry.
If you have not yet done so, please tell us how many are coming to the service and meal through the link below. We will also have people available after worship to help sign you up.

From Pastor Tim … We are getting very excited for the dedication of our new church and we thank God for all of you who have given of their time, talents, and financially to make that day a reality. One of our member families has been so moved by the outpouring of generosity by so many that they are putting forth a $25,000 matching gift to go towards the completion of the church offices.
On the Saturday of our dedication, we will take up a thank offering during worship and the first $25,000 will be matched and that offering will be used to complete our offices. Please prayerfully consider making a one-time gift of thanksgiving for our new building and for all those who labored to make it possible!
As our building process draws to a close, I would again like to express my thanks and admiration to the people of Immanuel. During this building process, hundreds of you have volunteered your time and talents to create this new home for Immanuel.
The picture below shows 40 of you gathering for a lunch break – in our Gathering Space! – in the midst of yesterday’s final cleaning of our building. You have truly made these buildings your own. May God continue to bless you and your ministries throughout your time here!

Congregational Assembly: Immanuel’s regularly scheduled Congregational Assembly was held last Sunday. Those present in person or online heard a status report on your 5 Critical Targets, an update on finances, and a discussion on our opening weekend events and needs. Our developer submitted a draft of an offer to purchase for us. That draft now included the nearly 2-acre, triangular parcel of land along Lake Street. In exchange, the offer increased by $10,000.
The Assembly voted to authorize your Board to sell the northern parcel of our property within the general framework discussed through the offer. We will keep you updated on progress over the next few weeks.
