Parents and Children

  • MOPs - Mothers of Preschoolers

Want to be the best mom possible? You are not alone.

You are invited to join a community of moms just like you!

MOPS@Immanuel is your place to meet other mothers, build friendships and take that well-deserved break while your little ones are lovingly cared for in the MOPPETS program.

MOPS meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month (Sept-May) from 9:00am-11:00am in the Learning Center at Immanuel Lutheran School while the children are cared for in MOPPETS children's program.

All moms with children ages birth-6 years old are encouraged to join us. Your first meeting is FREE otherwise there is a small fee to cover the cost of materials, crafts, and membership.

  • Vacation Bible School

Immanuel joins forces with St. Luke's and Trinity Lutheran Churches every year to put on an exciting and Christ filled Vacation Bible School experience. The location of our program alternates between Immanuel School and St. Luke's, and it will be held at St. Luke's this summer, July 30-Aug 3.

This year we are going to be using Mighty Fortress: In Jesus, the Victory is Won! The program for age 4-grade 6 will run 6 pm-8:15 pm. There will also be a morning program for ages 3-4, 9-10:30 am.

Please use our online registration for both students and volunteers.  For more information,  please contact Tara Barrett, DCE.

  • Baptism

Baptism is a means of God's grace. In Baptism we receive the forgiveness of sins and the hope of eternal life. As we Baptize in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, God claims you as His own precious child, fills you with His Holy Spirit who in turn brings you to faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

If you have any questions about baptism or would like to be baptized or have one of your children baptized, please contact the church office or speak with one of our pastors.
